It's important to praise.

褒めることは大事だ。

People love themselves and want to talk about themselves.

人は自分が大好きで自分のことを話したい。

And so do I.

そして私もそうだ。

When I listen to the other person's story, the time limit comes.

相手の話を聞いてたらタイムリミットがくる。

I have seen it many times.

私は何度もみてきた。

Don't get too deep into the story and get mentally tired.

話に深入りして精神的に疲れてはいけない。

Observe what the other person wants and how they want you to answer.

相手が何を望み、どう答えてほしいかを観察する。

Empathy, nodding, empathy.

共感、うなずく、笑顔で。

This is all you need.

これだけでいい。

You don't have to think about what to talk about.

何を話したらいいかなんて考えなくていい。

You just have to be interested in the other person.

相手に興味を持っていればいいのだ。

How is it? Do you want to talk to me like this?

どうだ？こんな私と話したい人いるか？

I hate it.
