その人がどこに感化され重要だと思ったのか知りたいからだ。

I want to know where the person was inspired and thought important.

ふと、線を引いているところに目がいった。

I noticed where I was drawing the line.

「他の動物は賢いからそんなことする必要はないのだ」

文明病。

Civilization disease.

野生の動物には癌も鬱も肥満も高血圧もない。

Wild animals have no cancer, depression, obesity, or high blood pressure.

なんててシンプルなことだ。

What a simple thing.

いいところに線を引いている。

The person draws a line in a good place.

他はどんなところを引いているのだろう。ワクワクする。

I was excited to see what the others were pulling.

線引きは第一章で終わっていた。
